An aerospace-grade magnesium frame, an anodized aluminum top plate and etched shutter dials. Every surface of the MX-1 is designed for hours of shooting.

Top Plate: A top status display keeps shooting settings, battery level and remaining shots visible at a glance.
Lens Mount: A titanium L-Mount with a 14-contact electronic interface, compatible with LUMA and all L-Mount Alliance lenses.
Body: 79 sealing points for reliable operation from -20°C to 45°C. A comprehensive button layout designed for one-handed control.

Optical Coatings

LUMA NanoCoat

Each lens element carries 32 nanoscale coating layers, reducing reflectance to just 0.05%. Even in backlight, images stay clear with flare and ghosting reduced to near invisibility.

Edge-to-Edge Clarity

Just 0.3 EV of corner falloff, with consistent image quality from the center to every edge.

Silent Shutter

An 8 ms electronic-shutter response and 4x faster readout keep rolling-shutter distortion virtually invisible in motion.
